-All my hearts are gone!
This is the simplest of the questions. To regain your hearts, simply play games untill the happiness hearts are all there, and feed your Tama four times.

-My Tama is lying on its side-is this bad, or is it just sleepy?
This is VERY bad. When you see this, it can only mean one thing...in a couple of minutes, your Tama will be dead. All you have to do is take the tip of a pen and poke the button in the back hard and then download, and your Tamagotchi will be back to normal.

-How do i make sure my Tama will be OK?
Check your Tama often, and keep it at all hearts by feeding it and playing games...simple as that.
